Prior to joining the Center, Mitchell owned an executive coaching and management consulting business in New York, and has been a professor and researcher at some of the nation’s top universities and programs. He has won national research awards in emotional intelligence and the processes that underlie effective therapy. Susan Gestal
Susan is a leading professional in children’s behavioral assessment and counseling services, as well as parental consultation and counseling. Her children’s behavioral diagnostic and assessment services offer invaluable professional support to families, particularly in situations involving schooling, parenting, divorce or behavioral needs. Stephen Gilbert

Julie Hall

Julie Hall holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from New York University, a Masters in Business Administration from Rutgers University and a Masters of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Seattle Pacific University. Prior to pursuing her career in therapy, she enjoyed over 10 years working in fast paced technology sectors including non profit, government, start up and established consumer facing companies. Cari Nizolek
Cari Nizolek comes to the Center after many years working as a Surgical Coordinator for a private medical practice. Prior to that, she spent time in the non-profit sector working with a humanitarian relief organization, where she traveled to some of the world’s poorest countries delivering much needed aid. Having been born and raised in the local area, Cari graduated from Gettysburg College (Gettysburg, PA) with a double major in Business Administration and Sociology. She later went on to obtain her MBA in Finance from Fairfield University (Fairfield, CT). Cari is a member of the International Association of Trauma Professionals and is trained in trauma treatment.

Helen C. Kim
Helen C. KimDevelopment Officer
Helen Kim comes to the Center from working in a variety of roles in the nonprofit sector, from serving as a pastor to serving as a Director of Development for a community-based nonprofit addressing domestic violence and sexual assault. After a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Jewelry Design and Restoration from the Fashion Institute of Technology, Helen received her M.Div in Intercultural Studies at Alliance Theological Seminary and a D.Min in Professional Coaching at Assemblies of God Theological Seminary. She has a passion for investing in the next generation and resourcing individuals and organizations to reach their full potential.
