What are the fees for therapy?


Session fees vary by therapist.
We do provide financial assistance for those who qualify.
To inquire more about fees for a certain therapist or our about our financial assistance program please contact our office.

Do you accept insurance?


Two of our therapists accept some insurance at this time.
At the client’s request, a clinical receipt can be provided for each session to submit to his/her insurance company for reimbursement.

What if I need to cancel a session?

We request that you notify your therapist
at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time
if you need to cancel your session. 

Failure to give adequate notice will result in a full session charge for the missed appointment.   

Please note, insurance companies will not cover missed or cancelled sessions.

How long will I be in therapy?

Every person and situation is different.
You and your therapist will work together to determine how long your therapy will last. 

Are therapists available on the weekends and evenings?

Evening sessions are available, but weekend sessions are not.

Are all the therapists at the Center licensed?

All of our therapists at the Center are licensed in the state of Connecticut and are carefully selected and trained to work within a wide range of psychological, emotional and relationship concerns.
