Prior to joining GCHR in August of 2019, Paul spent 11 years at Manhattan Christian Academy (MCA), an Inwood/Washington Heights independent school with a 43-year mission of serving children from financially disadvantaged families. Paul served as Vice President to head advancement including external relations, marketing, funding and admissions. In 2016, following the resignation of the Principal, Paul stepped in to run the business side of the school as Executive Director.
Paul had 35 years of financial services experience including twelve years at Merrill Lynch as a global institutional sales manager and institutional bond salesman and as a shareholder/manager in two private companies.
One of his passions is to facilitate and support integration of Biblical virtues and business practices, especially on Wall Street. He pursues this as a consultant to the Board and President of The Grace & Mercy Foundation in New York City. For seven years, Paul served as an advisor and mentor at New York’s Redeemer Presbyterian Church’s Center for Faith & Work Financial Services Ministry.
Paul and his wife of 42 years, Mary, are members of Stanwich Congregational Church and live in Westport. They have three grown children living in New York, London and San Francisco and two grandchildren.
