Erin Keys — Executive Director
Erin is an ordained minister in the Presbyterian Church (USA) and has led congregations in Manhattan, Greenwich, CT and Washington, DC. A graduate of Elon University with a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies and Columbia Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity, Erin’s education also includes extensive training in clinical pastoral care and family systems theory, representing her life-long interest in human healing and flourishing.
Erin is a published author and skilled public speaker, having been a guest preacher, lecturer, and retreat leader for churches and community organizations in each city she has served. In 2014 Elon University presented Erin with the Alumni Award for Service to Church and Society. She has been featured on CSPAN in her role as Guest Chaplain for the U.S. House of Representatives, and in 2020 was named one of the “40 under 40 women in Washington” by Washingtonian Magazine.
Patrick Chae — Office Manager
Patrick has a passion to serve an organization to grow further, having helped multinational companies, a start-up, and a non-profit organization to grow.
He enjoys listening to music and reading children’s books with his daughter who is an avid reader. He lives in a suburb with his wife and a daughter. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Georgetown University.
Nancy Nessel — Director of Marketing and Development
Nancy Breiling Nessel has resided and worked in Connecticut for 20 years where she’s held leadership roles in marketing, communications and development for Fortune 50 corporations and nonprofit organizations. She is an innovative, strategic, entrepreneurial and collaborative classically trained marketing professional who has driven growth in fundraising and awareness for nonprofits advocating for mental health, education, underserved youth, and aspiring entrepreneurs.
Nancy graduated from Hobart and William Smith Colleges with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and from The College of William and Mary with a Master of Business Administration in Marketing. Most recently, she graduated from University of Connecticut’s ENCORE Nonprofit Management Training Program. Since 2013, Nancy was one of the premiere marketers to educate key influencers on Generation Z and today, she serves on the Executive Board of Writer’s Block Ink Youth Performing Arts Center.
