Danielle specializes in the treatment of trauma, addictions, and weight loss. For the past ten years, she has been a valuable resource to individuals, couples, and families as they navigate the unique challenges of their personal lives. She does so with a great deal of discretion, providing confidentiality to elite cases that require delicate privacy. She has extensive training and can easily determine a treatment approach that is safe, manageable, and effective. She has successfully provided therapy to individuals and groups struggling with anxiety and depression, alcohol and drug abuse, sexual addictions, and eating disorders. She seeks to quickly identify the root cause of the problem to provide sustainable relief and results. 
 
Danielle also works with couples. She is trained in emotionally focused therapy (EFT) which is a science-based approach developed to help couples overcome obstacles, stop unhealthy cycles, and deepen their bond so they can enjoy a happy life together. 

Danielle holds a master’s degree in professional counseling from Liberty University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of South Carolina. In addition to being a licensed counselor, she is certified in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma, is a credentialed addiction counselor, and is also trained by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a personal trainer and nutrition coach.

Danielle is also trained in include yoga/meditation, motivational interviewing, solution -focused therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. She is affiliated with the American Counseling Association (ACA).
